Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time remote Customer Care Agent will manage inquiries related to insurance and non-insurance matters through various communication channels while processing new enrollments and claims.

Key responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer care across phone, email, text, chat, and social media
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer issues and maintain positive relationships
  • Process new customer enrollments, claims, and fulfillment tasks in compliance with company policies
Required qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a customer service role with significant customer interaction
  • Existing Property & Casualty Insurance License
  • Experience with ticketing software (e.g., Zendesk, Kustomer, Gladly)
  • Strong administrative and computer skills
  • Entrepreneurial interest and a passion for pets
