Job Summary

Motivated individuals will find a full-time remote opportunity as an Inside Sales Representative, responsible for handling inbound calls and warm leads to consult with customers on their insurance needs and convert sales leads into policyholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Consult with customers on insurance needs and match them with appropriate coverages and products
• Handle inbound calls and convert warm leads into policyholders without making cold calls
• Participate in a structured training program, including obtaining a Property & Casualty Insurance license

Required qualifications:

• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required; 2-3 years preferred
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with prospects and customers
• Proficiency in typing and PC usage
• Property and Casualty License required after hire
