Job Summary

To support a growing sales team, the full-time Inside Sales Representative will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and converting them into policyholders in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with customers on insurance needs and match appropriate coverages and products
• Handle inbound calls and convert sales leads into policyholders without cold calling
• Participate in a comprehensive paid training program, including obtaining a Property & Casualty Insurance license

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of sales experience preferred, with a minimum of 2 years in sales/service-related work required
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales
• Ability to communicate effectively with prospects and customers
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Property and Casualty License required after hire
