Job Summary

Seeking motivated individuals, the full-time Inside Sales Representative will handle inbound calls and warm leads to consult with customers on their insurance needs, converting sales leads into policyholders in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Consult with customers to identify their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverages and products
• Handle inbound calls and warm leads, focusing on converting prospects into policyholders
• Participate in a comprehensive paid training program, including obtaining a Property & Casualty Insurance license

Required qualifications:

• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required; 2-3 years preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with prospects and customers
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Property and Casualty License required after hire
