Job Summary

As a full-time Inside Sales Representative working remotely, the candidate will handle inbound calls and warm leads to consult with customers on their insurance needs, converting sales leads into policyholders while enjoying comprehensive training and support.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with customers on their insurance needs and match them with appropriate coverages and products
• Handle inbound calls and convert warm leads into policyholders without making cold calls
• Participate in a structured training program to obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance license, if not already licensed

Required qualifications

• 2 years of sales or service-related work experience required; 2-3 years preferred
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales
• Ability to communicate well with prospects and customers
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Property and Casualty Insurance License (training provided if not currently held)
