Job Summary

Seeking motivated individuals, the full-time Inside Sales Representative will handle inbound calls and warm leads to consult with customers on insurance needs and convert them into policyholders, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage inbound sales calls and convert leads into policyholders by matching insurance products to customer needs
• Participate in a comprehensive paid training program, including obtaining a Property & Casualty Insurance license
• Represent the Liberty brand positively and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process

Required qualifications:

• 2 years of sales or service-related work experience required; 2-3 years preferred
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales
• Ability to communicate clearly with prospects and customers
• Proficiency in typing and PC usage
• Property and Casualty Insurance License required after hire
