Job Summary

Seeking motivated individuals, the full-time Inside Sales Representative will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and converting leads into policyholders in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Consult with customers to determine their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverages and products
• Handle inbound calls and convert warm leads into sales without cold calling
• Participate in a comprehensive paid training program, including obtaining a Property & Casualty Insurance license

Required qualifications:

• 2 years of sales or service-related work experience required; 2-3 years preferred
• Property and Casualty License required after hire
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with prospects and customers
• Proficient in typing and PC usage
