Job Summary

To launch a rewarding career in insurance sales, the full-time Remote Inside Sales Representative will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with potential and existing policyholders to match them with appropriate coverages and convert leads into policyholders.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with potential and existing policyholders to assess their insurance needs and recommend suitable products
• Manage inbound calls and warm leads, converting sales opportunities into policyholders
• Participate in a comprehensive paid training program, including obtaining a Property & Casualty Insurance license

Required qualifications

• 2 years of sales or service-related work experience required; 2-3 years preferred
• Property and Casualty License required after hire
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales
• Proficiency in PC use and strong typing capabilities
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
