Job Summary

Launching a rewarding career in insurance sales, the full-time Remote Inside Sales Representative will manage inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers to match their insurance needs with appropriate coverages and products.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales calls and convert leads into policyholders
• Consult with customers to identify their insurance needs and recommend suitable products
• Participate in extensive paid training, including obtaining a Property & Casualty Insurance license

Required qualifications

• 2 years of sales or service-related work experience required; 2-3 years preferred
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales
• Ability to communicate clearly with prospects and customers
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Property and Casualty License required after hire
