Property & Casualty Insurance Agent

Job Summary

To support a growing sales team, the full-time Inside Sales Representative will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and converting sales leads into policyholders in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Consult with customers to identify their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverages and products
• Manage inbound calls and convert warm leads into sales without cold calling
• Participate in a comprehensive paid training program, including obtaining a Property & Casualty Insurance license

Required qualifications:

• 2 years of sales or service-related work experience required, with 2-3 years preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate and engage with prospects and customers
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in typing and PC usage
• Property and Casualty License required after hire
