Job Summary

Seeking motivated individuals, the full-time Remote Inside Sales Representative will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs to convert sales leads into policyholders while enjoying a flexible work environment and comprehensive benefits.

Key responsibilities:

• Consult with customers to determine their insurance needs and match them with appropriate products and coverages
• Handle inbound calls and warm leads, converting prospects into policyholders
• Participate in paid training and obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance license as required

Required qualifications:

• 2-3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales
• Excellent communication abilities with prospects and customers
• Proficiency in typing and PC skills
• Property and Casualty License required after hire
