Job Summary

Seeking motivated individuals, the full-time Remote Inside Sales Representative will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers to match their insurance needs with appropriate coverages and converting sales leads into policyholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Consult with customers on their insurance needs and provide suitable coverage options
• Handle inbound calls and convert warm leads into sales without cold calling
• Participate in a comprehensive paid training program to obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance license

Required qualifications:

• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required, with 2-3 years preferred
• Property and Casualty License required after hire
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Proficiency in typing and PC usage
