Property & Casualty Insurance Agent

Job Summary

To support a growing insurance sales team, the full-time remote Property & Casualty Insurance Agent will take inbound calls to assist customers in comparing prices and purchasing auto and home insurance while participating in comprehensive training programs.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage inbound sales calls to guide customers through insurance options and facilitate purchases
• Complete required training programs, including pre-licensing and ongoing sales training, to enhance sales skills
• Maintain compliance with state licensing requirements and manage multiple insurance carrier appointments

Required qualifications:

• Active Property & Casualty license in good standing, or the ability to complete pre-licensing training and pass the state exam
• 2+ years of inbound sales experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment with a dedicated home office setup
• Strong computer skills and the ability to use multiple quoting systems effectively
