Property & Casualty Insurance Agent

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the remote Property & Casualty Insurance Agent will manage inbound calls, assisting customers in comparing prices and purchasing auto and home insurance while participating in comprehensive training programs.

Key responsibilities:

• Handle inbound sales calls to assist customers with insurance inquiries and purchases
• Participate in extensive training programs to obtain or enhance Property & Casualty licensing
• Utilize multiple insurance carrier platforms to provide clients with tailored insurance solutions

Required qualifications:

• Active resident state Property & Casualty license in good standing or completion of pre-licensing training program
• Minimum of 2 years of inbound sales experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to work effectively in a full-time remote environment
• Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
