Job Summary

Joining a dynamic team, the full-time Remote Inside Sales Representative will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs to convert sales leads into policyholders while enjoying comprehensive benefits and flexible work arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with customers on their insurance needs and match appropriate coverages and products
• Handle inbound calls and convert warm leads into sales without cold calling
• Participate in a structured training program to obtain necessary licensing and develop sales skills

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required
• Property and Casualty Insurance License required after hire
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in typing and PC usage
