Job Summary

To support a growing insurance sales team, the full-time Remote Inside Sales Representative will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers to match their insurance needs with appropriate coverages and converting leads into policyholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Consult with customers on their insurance needs and provide tailored coverage options
• Convert warm leads into policyholders through effective sales techniques
• Participate in a comprehensive paid training program, including obtaining a Property & Casualty Insurance license

Required qualifications:

• 2 years of sales or service-related work experience required; 2-3 years preferred
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales
• Ability to communicate effectively with prospects and customers
• Proficiency in typing and PC usage
• Property and Casualty License required after hire
