Property & Casualty Insurance Agent

Job Summary

As a full-time Remote Inside Sales Representative, the candidate will handle inbound calls and warm leads to consult with customers on their insurance needs, converting leads into policyholders while receiving paid training and licensing support.

Key responsibilities:

• Consult with customers to identify their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage and products
• Manage inbound sales calls and convert leads into sales without making cold calls
• Participate in comprehensive paid training programs to obtain the Property & Casualty Insurance license

Required qualifications:

• 2 years of sales or service-related work experience required; 2-3 years preferred
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with prospects and customers
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
• Property and Casualty License required after hire
