Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Associate to provide assistance to customers through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage existing customer accounts for Personal Insurance policies via phone, email, text, and chat
  • Explain insurance products to customers using a consultative and empathetic approach
  • Assist third parties with policy documentation and changes


Required Qualifications
  • Property & Casualty insurance license and 1 year of customer service experience is required
  • Previous call center experience
  • Empathetic towards customer needs
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and adaptability to change
  • Spanish speaking is a plus
