Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Property & Casualty Insurance Representative will manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries, ensuring a seamless and positive experience while utilizing web-based tools to resolve issues efficiently.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle and respond to all inbound and outbound customer inquiries with professionalism
  • Provide excellent customer service through active listening and empathetic communication
  • Resolve issues on the first call by proactively addressing customer needs and concerns
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
  • Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems
