Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Property & Casualty Insurance Representative will manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries, ensuring a seamless and positive experience while utilizing web-based tools to resolve issues efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Handle and respond to all inbound and outbound customer inquiries with professionalism
- Provide excellent customer service through active listening and empathetic communication
- Resolve issues on the first call by proactively addressing customer needs and concerns
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
- Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems
