Job Summary
As a Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Representative, this full-time remote position will manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries, utilizing web-based tools to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience while handling sensitive information with care.
Key responsibilities
- Handle and respond to all inbound and outbound customer inquiries with professionalism
- Provide excellent customer service through active listening and effective communication
- Resolve issues on the first call by being proactive and empathetic, while assisting customers with pricing plans
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
- Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems
