Job Summary

Driving new pet insurance policy sales, the full-time Inbound Sales Representative will engage with pet parents through inbound calls, email, and chat in a virtual contact center environment, focusing on educating customers and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound inquiries to educate, recommend, and sell pet insurance policies
• Optimize leads and manage time effectively to meet or exceed sales goals
• Build rapport with customers by reinforcing the value of pet insurance products and delivering a high-quality experience

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a customer-facing role
• Active Property & Casualty Producers insurance license in home state required prior to hire
• Proven attendance reliability and ability to manage workload in a performance-driven environment
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends based on business needs
