Property & Casualty Insurance Sales Representative

Job Summary

As a full-time Remote Inside Sales Representative, the successful candidate will manage inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with potential and existing policyholders to match them with appropriate insurance coverages and convert leads into policyholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls and consult with clients on their insurance needs
• Convert sales leads into policyholders through effective communication and persuasion
• Complete paid training and obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance license as required

Required qualifications:

• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required; 2-3 years preferred
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales
• Ability to communicate well with both prospects and customers
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in typing and PC usage
