Property & Casualty Insurance Sales Representative

Job Summary

As a full-time Remote Inside Sales Representative, the successful candidate will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with potential and existing policyholders to match them with appropriate insurance coverages and convert leads into sales.

Key responsibilities:

• Consult with potential and existing policyholders on their insurance needs to convert leads into policyholders
• Manage inbound calls and utilize sales expertise to turn prospects into satisfied customers
• Participate in a comprehensive paid training program, including obtaining a Property & Casualty Insurance license

Required qualifications:

• 2-3 years of sales experience preferred, with a minimum of 2 years in a sales/service-related role required
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in typing and PC usage
• Property and Casualty License required after hire
