Job Summary

A company is looking for an Property Casualty Insurance Underwriting Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of underwriters, providing guidance and support
• Monitor staff productivity and ensure service standards are met
• Act as a liaison between underwriting and other departments

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in underwriting
• Previous supervisory or team lead experience is preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface effectively at all levels
• Property & Casualty insurance license is required
