Job Summary
Managing daily operations for a commercial insurance agency, the full-time Property & Casualty Licensed Account Manager will process applications, manage a book of business, and assist with claims while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Process applications, prepare quotes, issue policies, and manage billing and endorsements for clients
- Gather information to facilitate insurance renewals and new business while maintaining up-to-date records in the Applied EPIC Agency Management System
- Explain products and services to clients, addressing their needs and identifying coverage gaps
Required qualifications
- Property & Casualty License and 3+ years of commercial insurance experience
- Experience with Applied Epic Agency Management System
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and familiarity with office software applications
- Accreditations such as CISR, CIC, CRM, or CPIA are desirable
