Property & Casualty Licensed Claims Representative

Job Summary

As a full-time Property & Casualty Licensed Claims Representative, the successful candidate will provide critical support in processing claims for insureds and claimants over the phone, while also participating in team activities and meeting performance metrics in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process claims for policyholders and claimants via phone, internet, and mail
• Collaborate with team members to meet department phone Key Performance Indicators
• Engage in weekly team huddles and associate engagement activities

Required qualifications

• High school diploma
• Ability to meet attendance requirements, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Proficiency in computer use, including knowledge of software applications like Excel and Word
• Basic critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Spanish preferred but not required
