Property & Casualty Licensed Client Success Manager

Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of strategic partners, the full-time remote Property & Casualty Licensed Client Success Manager will drive partner engagement, program adoption, and growth through relationship management and operational coordination across various distribution channels.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned partners, facilitating onboarding and ongoing engagement
• Own and execute partner-level go-to-market plans in collaboration with marketing and operational teams
• Analyze performance trends to identify opportunities for improving partner experience and program success

Required qualifications:

• Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience (1 year of relevant experience may substitute for one year of education)
• 5+ years of experience in relationship management, client success, or partner management
• Experience supporting complex partnerships in regulated environments such as insurance or healthcare
• Property & Casualty License or ability to obtain within 45 days of hire
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and recommend improvements
