Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of strategic partners, the full-time remote Property & Casualty Licensed Client Success Manager will drive partner engagement, program adoption, and growth through relationship management and operational coordination across various distribution channels.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned partners, facilitating onboarding and ongoing engagement
- Own and execute partner-level go-to-market plans in collaboration with marketing and operational teams
- Analyze performance trends to identify opportunities for improving partner experience and program success
Required qualifications:
- Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience (1 year of relevant experience may substitute for one year of education)
- 5+ years of experience in relationship management, client success, or partner management
- Experience supporting complex partnerships in regulated environments such as insurance or healthcare
- Property & Casualty License or ability to obtain within 45 days of hire
- Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and recommend improvements
