Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative with an active Producer/Agent Property & Casualty License.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with moderately complex insurance issues while ensuring compliance with legal requirements
- Respond to inquiries about policy provisions and conditions, documenting interactions thoroughly
- Collaborate with various departments to address customer needs and identify opportunities for process improvement
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or insurance environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Property and Casualty license necessary
- Intermediate computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues related to equipment and connectivity
