Property & Casualty Licensed Customer Care Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative with an active Producer/Agent Property & Casualty License.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with moderately complex insurance issues while ensuring compliance with legal requirements
• Respond to inquiries about policy provisions and conditions, documenting interactions thoroughly
• Collaborate with various departments to address customer needs and identify opportunities for process improvement

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or insurance environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Property and Casualty license necessary
• Intermediate computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues related to equipment and connectivity
