Job Summary

As a full-time Property & Casualty Licensed Inside Sales Representative, the candidate will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers to match their insurance needs with appropriate coverages, while enjoying remote work flexibility and comprehensive training, including paid licensing opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with customers to understand their insurance needs and convert leads into policyholders
• Participate in a structured training program, including licensing, to ensure compliance and expertise in insurance products
• Maintain a professional workspace and meet work-from-home requirements while managing a flexible schedule

Required qualifications

• 2 years of sales or service-related work experience required; 2-3 years preferred
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales
• Ability to communicate effectively with both prospects and customers
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Property and Casualty License required after hire
