Job Summary
Driving new pet insurance policy sales, the full-time Inbound Sales Representative - Pet Insurance will engage with pet parents through inbound calls, email, and chat in a virtual contact center environment while optimizing leads and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound inquiries from pet parents to educate, recommend, and sell pet insurance policies
- Optimize inbound leads and manage time effectively to meet or exceed sales and performance goals
- Build strong rapport with customers by reinforcing the value of pet insurance products and delivering a high-quality customer experience
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a customer-facing role
- Active Property & Casualty Producers insurance license in home state required prior to hire
- Proven attendance reliability and ability to manage workload in a structured, performance-driven environment
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends based on business needs
