Property & Casualty Licensed Renewal Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the end-to-end renewal process for high-net-worth clients, the full-time Property & Casualty Licensed Renewal Specialist will manage submission preparation, carrier engagement, and client retention activities while working remotely across various time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Execute renewal activities, including submission preparation and tracking renewal progress
• Evaluate risk and coverage structures under the guidance of senior team members
• Build and maintain relationships with underwriters and carrier partners to support client needs

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of insurance experience in marketing or placement; college degree preferred
• Property & Casualty license required; industry designation preferred
• Working knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance, underwriting, and rating
• Experience with agency systems and workflows; familiarity with Sagitta/ImageRight is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technology platforms
