Job Summary
A company is looking for a Pet Insurance Customer Service - Retention Advocate (Remote).
Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

- Advanced understanding of customer lifecycle and competitive positioning
- Must hold or be willing to obtain a General Lines Property & Casualty (P&C) license
