Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pet Insurance Customer Service - Retention Advocate (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex customer retention interactions and handle escalated cases
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in retention strategies and advanced negotiation
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to influence retention initiatives and improve save rates
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of five (5) years in a call center environment with at least three (3) years in a retention or sales support role
  • Proven track record of exceeding retention goals in a high-volume environment
  • Expert-level negotiation skills and ability to handle complex objections
  • Advanced understanding of customer lifecycle and competitive positioning in subscription-based products
  • Must hold or be willing to obtain a General Lines Property & Casualty (P&C) license across multiple states
