Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Sales Representative, Inbound Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads to consult with customers on insurance needs
• Convert sales leads into policyholders by matching appropriate coverages and products
• Represent the company brand and maintain a customer-centric approach in sales

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 2-3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required
• Property and Casualty Insurance License required after hire
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
• PC proficiency and strong typing capabilities
