Job Summary

Managing a dedicated portfolio of clients, the full-time remote Team Lead Surety Senior Account Manager will independently handle bond requests, coach and mentor team members, and ensure compliance with company standards while providing expert guidance to customers and carriers.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer and carrier inquiries, providing timely responses and solutions
  • Independently manage client relationships, bond cycles, and submissions to underwriters while overseeing at least two teammates
  • Ensure compliance with documentation standards and maintain updated surety files for underwriting accuracy
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of three years in a Surety Account Manager role and five years in the Surety field
  • Current Property & Casualty license is required
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage a team
  • Solid knowledge of surety best practices, regulations, and familiarity with contract provisions
