Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Control Analyst & Systems Trainer.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental needs assessments and develop training content for employees
• Plan, design, and implement training programs to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
• Run quality control audits and analyze customer interactions to improve service quality

Required Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 10 years of experience in technical training and development
• 5+ years of experience with agency management systems, preferably AMS 360 and ImageRight
• Property & Casualty License from the state of domicile is required
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and able to learn new systems quickly
