Property & Casualty Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Support Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular audits of workflows and processes, documenting findings and maintaining audit cadence
• Create and distribute reports, analyzing data for accuracy and actionable insights
• Serve as a subject matter expert on systems and operational resources, fostering relationships with stakeholders

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• An undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
• 3 to 5 years of experience within the Property & Casualty industry, preferably in agency operations
• Proficient in computer skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Project management and time management skills, with the ability to drive initiatives from concept to completion
• Active Property & Casualty license or prior experience in the P&C industry is preferred
