Job Summary

Serving as a subject matter expert in complex operational processes, the full-time remote Operational Excellence Specialist will manage workflows across Payments, Renewals, Claims, and Commissions while driving operational excellence and supporting strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage specialized operational processes ensuring accuracy and compliance across Payments, Renewals, Claims, and Commissions
• Serve as a subject matter expert, collaborating with internal stakeholders to support business initiatives and ensure consistent execution of operational processes
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive operational efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across the organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• 3+ years of experience in insurance operations, payment operations, or related functions
• Property & Casualty Producer License in home state or ability to obtain it
• Knowledge of commercial insurance operations and compliance requirements
• Strong analytical skills with experience managing complex operational workflows and investigations
