Job Summary
To drive strategic initiatives and operational excellence, the fully remote Property & Casualty Practice Leader will oversee the Personal Lines division, focusing on growth, compliance, and team management across the Southeast US market.
Key responsibilities
- Set vision and strategic priorities for the Personal Lines Group while developing growth strategies
- Ensure exceptional client experience through oversight of service quality and operational delivery
- Lead and mentor teams of Underwriters, establishing performance goals and fostering a collaborative culture
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
- Property & Casualty and Surplus Lines insurance licenses are required
- Minimum 15+ years' experience in Personal Lines insurance
- Minimum 10+ years of leadership experience in a brokerage or carrier environment
- Demonstrated experience running a Personal Lines practice group with a proven track record in managing profit and loss statements
