Property & Casualty Product Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Homeowners and Condo Forms and Compliance team, the full-time Property & Casualty Product Analyst will design, review, and optimize organizational documents and data collection tools while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure integrity of existing products by participating in product enhancement projects
• Research market opportunities and analyze financial potential for new product ideas
• Develop and present business plans for new products while collaborating with internal teams for effective implementation

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Product Analyst in Homeowners or Condo insurance
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Understanding of the Property Casualty Insurance Industry
• Strong planning and analytical skills
