Job Summary

Motivated individuals will find a full-time Inside Sales Representative opportunity focused on handling inbound calls and warm leads to consult with customers on their insurance needs and convert sales leads into policyholders in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with customers to determine their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverages and products
• Handle inbound calls and convert warm leads into policyholders without making cold calls
• Participate in comprehensive paid training, including obtaining a Property & Casualty Insurance license

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales
• Ability to communicate effectively with both prospects and customers
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Property and Casualty License required after hire
