Job Summary

To drive sales growth and profitability in a designated region, the full-time remote Property & Casualty Geographic Sales Leader will establish strategic plans, lead sales teams, and develop talent while focusing on financial results and customer retention.

Key responsibilities
  • Establish and monitor sales goals aligned with national and regional strategies
  • Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve revenue growth and develop new business opportunities
  • Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement and talent development
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of progressive sales and leadership experience
  • Valid Producer Insurance license in good standing
  • Strong technical knowledge of insurance coverage lines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • College degree in Risk Management, Insurance, or Business Administration (preferred)
