Job Summary
To drive sales growth and profitability in a designated region, the full-time remote Property & Casualty Geographic Sales Leader will establish strategic plans, lead sales teams, and develop talent while focusing on financial results and customer retention.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and monitor sales goals aligned with national and regional strategies
- Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve revenue growth and develop new business opportunities
- Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement and talent development
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive sales and leadership experience
- Valid Producer Insurance license in good standing
- Strong technical knowledge of insurance coverage lines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- College degree in Risk Management, Insurance, or Business Administration (preferred)
