Job Summary

Leading a team of Sales Managers and Business Development Officers, the full-time Remote Property & Casualty Sales Manager will execute sales strategies, drive revenue growth, and enhance customer experiences through disciplined performance management and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Managers overseeing Business Development Officers
  • Drive a high-performance culture focused on accountability, execution, and results through regular performance reviews and coaching sessions
  • Execute regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives and collaborate with internal teams to drive growth initiatives
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent
  • Valid property & casualty insurance license
  • 3+ years of sales experience, including experience as a Business Development Officer
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and executing on sales goals
  • Strong knowledge of acquisition and cultivation models, along with experience in forecasting and pipeline management
