Property & Casualty Sales Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Representative, Inbound Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads to consult with potential and existing policyholders on their insurance needs
• Match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders
• Participate in paid training and obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance license

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required; 2-3 years preferred
• Property and Casualty License required after hire
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
• Proficient in typing and using a PC
