Property & Casualty Sales Representative

Job Summary

Seeking motivated individuals, the full-time Inbound Sales Representative will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with potential and existing policyholders on their insurance needs while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Consult with potential and existing policyholders to assess their insurance needs and provide appropriate coverage options
• Convert sales leads into policyholders through effective communication and persuasive sales techniques
• Participate in a comprehensive training program, including obtaining a Property & Casualty Insurance license if not already held

Required qualifications:

• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required; 2-3 years preferred
• Property and Casualty License required after hire
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Proficient typing capabilities and PC skills
