Property & Casualty Sales Representative

Job Summary

Motivated individuals will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Property & Casualty Sales Representative, responsible for handling inbound calls and warm leads to consult with potential and existing policyholders on their insurance needs while converting leads into sales.

Key responsibilities:

• Consult with potential and existing policyholders to identify their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverages
• Manage inbound calls and warm leads, ensuring a customer-centric approach to sales
• Complete paid training and obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance license, if not already licensed

Required qualifications:

• 2 years of sales or service-related work experience required; 2-3 years preferred
• Property and Casualty Insurance License required after hire
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in typing and PC usage
