Property & Casualty Sales Representative

Job Summary

Seeking motivated individuals, the full-time Inbound Sales Representative will handle inbound calls and warm leads to consult with potential and existing policyholders on their insurance needs, converting sales leads into policyholders in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with potential and existing policyholders to identify their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverages and products
• Convert inbound sales leads into policyholders through effective communication and persuasion skills
• Complete paid training and obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance license while working remotely

Required qualifications

• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required; 2-3 years preferred
• Property and Casualty License required after hire
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in typing and PC usage
