Property & Casualty Sales Representative

Job Summary

Seeking motivated individuals, the full-time Inside Sales Representative will handle inbound calls and warm leads to consult with customers on their insurance needs and convert sales leads into policyholders while working remotely from specified states.

Key responsibilities:

• Consult with customers to identify their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverages and products
• Manage inbound calls and convert warm leads into policyholders without making cold calls
• Complete paid training, including obtaining a Property & Casualty Insurance license, within a structured timeline

Required qualifications:

• 2 years of sales or service-related work experience required; 2-3 years preferred
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales
• Ability to communicate clearly with prospects and customers
• Proficiency in PC usage and strong typing capabilities
• Property and Casualty License required after hire
