Job Summary
Seeking motivated individuals, the full-time Inbound Sales Representative will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with potential and existing policyholders to match their insurance needs with appropriate coverages, products, and benefits in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Consult with potential and existing policyholders to identify their insurance needs and convert leads into customers
- Participate in comprehensive paid training, including obtaining a Property & Casualty Insurance license
- Work a flexible schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, starting mid-morning, for a minimum of 12 months
Required qualifications:
- 2 years of sales or service-related work experience required; 2-3 years preferred
- Property and Casualty Insurance license required after hire
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
- Proficient typing capabilities and PC skills
