Property & Casualty Sales Representative

Job Summary

Joining a dynamic team, the full-time Inbound Sales Representative will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with potential and existing policyholders to match them with appropriate insurance coverages and convert leads into policyholders, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with potential and existing policyholders to assess their insurance needs and recommend suitable products
• Manage inbound calls and convert warm leads into sales without making cold calls
• Participate in comprehensive paid training, including obtaining a Property & Casualty Insurance license

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of sales experience preferred, with a minimum of 2 years in a sales/service-related role required
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales
• Ability to communicate clearly with both prospects and customers
• Proficient in typing and PC usage, with excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Property and Casualty License required after hire, with paid training provided to obtain it
